Insurance Information

Open Enrollment is Mandatory this year.  All current enrollments will automatically end on Sept. 30th.  You must log in and re-enroll in plans for the new year.  The enrollment period is Aug. 15th to Sept. 12th.   

 

  1. Log into OEBB and enroll at  https://myoebb.org/oebb/!pb.main , or fill out the Enrollment Form and send it to Amy in the Business Office. 
  2. Fill out the appropriate Health Savings Account OR Flexible Spending Account enrollment form:
    • If you enrolled in Medical Plans 6 or 7, fill out the Health Savings Account form
    • If you enrolled in Medical Plans 3, 4, 5 or enrolled in dental/vision only, fill out the Flexible Spending Account form
